DHS is working on some issues. Relationships between the administration and staff are generally poor. Teacher turnover is very high. Students are promoted despite poor performance, which results in students not putting forth effort. This situation is perpetuated by the community/school board and is not challenged by the school's administration. This is regrettable; Dolores students have much potential and could excel, were they held accountable.
