Hi I am a student at Ellicott Senior High School, and even though the test scores or only average, the teachers do teach us we are supposed to know. It is just that some of my fellow classmates do not wish to get the knowledge that they are teacher us. So if you are going to blame anybody, blame the students, that wish not to learn. The teachers are doing an excellent job.
