The Middle School Principal is supportive, but his hands are tied by the administration. Too many staff members suddenly disappear because of "at will" contracts that are canceled suddenly without cause. Disruptions in student education due to teacher turn over are common, lowering the testing scores and continituity of instruction.

This school is poorly run by the administration and school board. It is a revolving door of teachers, and all the teachers feel on edge because they are continually told they can be fired for any reason.

The Pinnacle Charter Middle School is in trouble. The trouble is due to the way the school is managed. Principals do not properly supervise the educational curriculum. Parents are given too much leeway to intervene in classroom management by teachers. Students are at least two years below grade level, on average. There is no or very little extra curricular activity for students. The curriculum is not aligned to Colorado state standards.
