As a parent in this school, I have to say I am impressed with the dedication of the staff! Parents often blame other children for their own children's behaviors. At some point, parents need to take some accountability.

We attended the end-of-year picnic and concert tonight - what a great event! We were reminded yet again of how lucky we are to be in such a warm and welcoming school community. The staff is great and supportive; we've been so pleased.

This school has been nothing but trouble for my oldest son and now my youngest son is having issues arise. My oldest son has ADHD and Aspergers and they don't seem to TRY to learn how to deal with these type of kiddos. My youngest son is going to be checked for ADHD because of the issues arising. My daughter does not have a learning issue, but she is bullied in a way because of her brothers' issues. Kids here are brutal and the teachers seem to turn an eye away from the kids causing issues and those kids are the ones tattling on the kids with issues because those kids don't know how to defend themselves. I am very upset with the bullying going on with all three of my kids. I have mentioned it to the principal and the teachers and they basically ignore me and mention that they don't have the funds to do a shcool wide bullying program a few times a year or to have incentives for the kids to NOT bully. The school just had spent $2000 from PTO for an anti-bullying program that lasted all day for 4th and 5th graders, I was optimistic that kids would start treating my oldest better after the program, but nothing has changed, VERY DISAPPOINTING! Some bad teachers, but some are good.

This school is terrible!!! They have no control over students, and do nothing to kids who bully others. My niece and nephew both attend this school, and have had nothing but problems. My nephew has been bullied to where he is on the ground and other students are spitting on him, and nothing was done about it! Most recently my seven year old niece was held down on the ground while another boy showed his private part to her, then went on to tell all the bad things he was going to do to her. Seriously, WHERE ARE ALL THE TEACHERS AND STAFF WHEN THIS IS GOING ON!!!!!!

Our principal is the most seen principal i have ever seen. The kids genuinly respect him in a very posative way. the teachers have been a joy in both my children and my own life. i could not ask for more in a school.

All of the teachers and staff are wonderful. They are all very respectful to the parents and children. You can tell that the teachers and office staff enjoy their jobs.

I found that the administration at this school was very unorganized and hot helpful. The teachers seem as though they are not highly skilled and are very unorganized. They didnt have clear outline of lesson plans or communicate with the student/parent what the homework assignments were.

This school is above average, my kids have done fine. There are some great experienced teachers, and some fairly young experienced teachers. The principal lacks in leadership and hasn't unified the staff which shows.

Was not impressed positively by the 5th grade academics. No texts for science, had to share what they used in history, poor math curriculum in my opinion, and not sure the staff was well qualified or at least they sure weren't equipped to teach well. They were nice, but not sure effective. Can't teach science with just a vocab list...very poor. Doing homework pretty much meant parent looking stuff up online to educate the child since no texts or such was made available to instruct more fully. My child was still kept at doing mulitplication charts etc, and we felt she was getting behind to normal 5th graders, so took out of the school. Hope there have/will be changes in these areas for the students' and parents sakes.
