They help the child develop using movement and love. They feed the children organic snacks.

Front Range Waldorf is a nurturing, magical place where my son is not only cared for, but loved. The staff is extremely dedicated to the children, the Waldorf method, and creating community.

They go on hikes, bake bread and do other fun and creative activities. I also love the fact that they feed the kids Healthy food and that they have outdoor time Every Day (if it is snowing they go sledding)!

Front Range Waldorf School was the first preschool that we visited where we felt at home. My once very shy little girl is really blossoming there. It's an outstanding school.

We love this school! Our daughter has been in the Waldorf curriculum for 4 years now and we've seen her curiosity grow and her cognitive abilities flourish in this free play environment. By allowing her to be the person she is and nurturing that person through love and organic foods, she is truly a delight. We see how she's developed through early childhood, and are now enrolling our second child into Front Range Waldorf School. See what amazing thoughts and beautiful actions arise from your own child. Enroll in Front Range Waldorf we are a welcoming community.

With developmental psychology as my field of study, I would choose nothing but Waldorf education for my children. FRWS is peaceful, loving, developmentally appropriate, and encourages a wonderful creativity in our children--they are safe, held in love, and cherished for who they each are. We love our lovely school and having been here 2 years, will send our daughter as soon as she's old enough!

This school is nothing short of amazing. The organic food, the loving environment, the imagination that my daughter has (a direct result of their play and story based curriculum)--really, I can't imagine a better program in this day and age of high-pressure, early academic get-your-child-ready-for-college-at-any-cost schooling.

My daughter has been atttending Front Range Waldorf School since 2 1/2 and is now 4 years old. I am so happy with the nurturing environment in which she is learning and feel so blessed to be part of such a supportive and amazing community. Our wonderful school sets the foundation for a life-long love of learning that is lead by teachers in a kind, loving and conscious manner. Waldorf truly is 'Organic education' at the heart. Waldorf espouses organic, whole-food snacks (that the children prepare), biodynamic farming, and respect for the environment as well as for one another. This environment is all about the whole child and the whole parent. What a wonderful school!

My daughter has been attending Front Range Waldorf School since 2 1/2 and is now 4 1/2 years old. I am most happy with the nutrition the children get (and the lack of junk food). The children are nourished, not only from the inside with food, but also from the outside with great environment of natrual toys and natural play.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
