Their test scores are low, but that's because of the population they serve. This school is for new immigrants, english-language learners, and kids who have one last shot to graduate from high school before they're aged out of the system. Many students are single parents and hold full- or part-time jobs. So yeah, their test scores are low--but it's an amazing school that does important work for the neediest populations. Five stars.
