I went to this school for many years K-5 and in lots of ways i felt scared some days to leave the house. I was bullied they did not teach me proper math and when I went to middle school being in lower math class kind of ruined school for me. I became sick, depressed and now not being able to continue with this terrible start at my school and other problems this caused , I'm changing schools in doubt my dreams of being an engineer will ever be witnessed. I remain sad and woeful I had to start with this path.
Longmont Estates is such a positive place. It really feels like a community of parents, students and staff. The teachers all go above and beyond for the students and families. The teachers love the kids-it's not a job, it's their lifestyle, and that is what I want for my kids.
I love Longmont Estates Elementary because of the involved parent community. The teachers strive to accomodate your child regardless of their needs.
My kiddo has been going here for years, you won't find a better, safer, more happy place!
The preschool program is wonderful!
Longmont Estates is an adequate neighborhood school. Each grade has its 'star' teachers and some teachers that have their challenges with the kids. The music program is very good. We find that the school could more adequately address the needs of gifted students. We have been disappointed with the leadership of the principal. In specific situations we feel that he has brought negative attention to the school in the community and did not appropriately represent facts to parents through written and verbal communication.
We've been impressed with how involved the teachers are at LEES. The new music teacher is top-notch, and the art teacher is also excellent! Our children have been very happy at LEES.
great teachers, principal and staff. parent involvement is encouraged and appreciated. parents with kids in special education need to be vigilant that work is completed and not hesitate to go the administration if problems aren't resolved quickly.
