Resurrection Christian School

Amazing school. The teachers are genuinely concerned about each kid and their families. The entire school really is like a family reaching out to others in times of need. I can't say enough about the academics but more importantly the life skills my kids are learning! Highly recommend this school.

We have 2 children at Rez, and we all love it. Our kids are excited to go to school, and when we pick them up, they talk non-stop about the incredible day they've had. Their teachers are wonderful. They send us weekly updates so we know exactly what to expect, and what the class has been learning. I would say, 4 out of 5 days you will see the principle walking the halls, checking on classes, and she says hello to us-(the parents!) by NAME. The entire staff is amazing, and has been a second family to us. We were supposed to relocate out of state, and had our childred tested for new schools, and they both tested 2 grades ahead. We are very happy to be here!!

We have two kids at this school. They are on their third year at RCS. This school is the best school in Northern Colorado. The Superintendent is a strong leader and is backed by all of the teacher and parents. Students show respect for each other and are proud of their school. Academically RCS is at the top in the state and in the nation. They also have a very strong sports program. We love it. You got to check it out.

I am a parent with two elementary students at rez. My kids have been attending since pre-school (3 years). We have had a mostly positive experience with this school, besides a few minor communication issues. The teachers truely have a heart for God and care for these kids. We feel blessed to have our kids in such a safe, nurturing learning environment. It is not perfect, but for us it's the next best thing.

We have two boys at RCS at present. Both are in the elementary grades. This will be our third year at RCS. I have taught for 7 years in several different christian and public schools as we moved around quite a bit. In all of my experiences I have to say I have been the most impressed with RCS. I have also had an opportunity to substitute there and get to know the teachers and administration. They are top notch in my opinion. I have never met a more caring group of individuals. I feel so blessed to have my kids there. The academics are strong, the chapels are amazing, and the specials are incredible. I like that my kids can go to a private school who also sees the importance of a good sports program. I do not feel that my kids are missing out at all.

RCS is doing better than last school year (2007-2008) due to change in some administration. They need to have a better program to train up younger teachers. Fair and consistance displine and charactor building still needs to be improved soon. It is a social clickish environment among parents, kids and administration. Hoping that will change soon too. MOST of the teachers are great. Too much focus on sports that leaves non-sports kids in the dust.

I have two sons in the school and it is incredible. Their new mission is boldly christian, academically equipped, and globally prepared. I feel they are doing exactly what the mission says. Their is great leadership, excellent academics, and incredible arts and sports. Every time I have seen an issue (which isn't often) I have been impressed with how they react. I wouldn't want my kids anywhere else.

I switched to REZ from other Christian Schools and it seems as though people here are just a little bit more book-smart. It definitely has very good academics, sports, students, teachers, office staff, and other staff. It's certainly not perfect but it has a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Resurrection has great teachers, lots of AP classes available as well as a wide variety of great electives (especially considering the smaller size of the school). Another great thing about REZ is how involved in helping others it is through many activities such as Operation Christmas Child, helping at the Ronald McDonald house, and many others. It's so worth it to go to Resurrection.

This scholl really is not as esquisit as it is ment to be. Great for a sports oriented soul but for the lovers of the arts it is very limited. Also it is one of the more segregated schools on , ethnicity, and social worth. The principal has many diffrent sides to him and I don't belive my judeing of him would be fair. There are probably many great sides of the school but as a former student I didn't see very many. I am actually glad I am able to go to Greeley West instead.

REZ is the best school that I have ever gone to, I am a new Freshman, and I love it. On the first day of school, everyone was so nice. At my other schools, when I was new, no one came up and introduced themselves to me, at REZ it is different. I love REZ and want to graduate from there! Also, we have a great Volleyball team, with fantastic coaches.

My daughter loves REZ school!! She went through 3 years of preschool and is now in kindergarten. My son is in the 3 year old preschool class and loves it too! The teachers are very caring, kind, and centered around God. The academics are exceptional!You won't find a better school in the area!

We have been at the school for 2 years so far and my daughter really enjoys the school. We have loved the teachers and the emphasis on academics. My daughter is excelled and has been challenged at this point. We love this school and their new emphasis on academics. We now have our son entering Kindergarten and we will stay as long as possible.

My Children have attended another Christian school, which left RCS big shoes to fill. And they fell short. The principal (elementary) has no clue of what a structure of discipline is. One teacher is worthless, she tries really hard to be the kids friend and lets the students run wild. When I brought this to the principles attention I was told 'they are just being kids' Well my kid will not treat an adult that way. We will not be going to REZ next year unless major changes are made. She is unorganized. She doesn'y send home the spelling word list till after they had the test. How is a child to learn from such a mess. My other child has an amazing teacher who cares, and works hard at classroom control and education. How ever the electives are amazing Art, Music, PE.Wow!
