This school has more problems than students. A school board and administration that doesn't care about the academic standards of the school would rather worry about building another school brings down the moral of the entire school. Bullies are celebrated and rewarded rather than punished, and respect and positive attitude is a thing of the past. I am disappointed to have the 'Merino School Image' on my back and am embarassed to be a part of the laughing stock school of Logan county. For students looking to deal with drama this is the place for it. The minor parent involvement consists of parents fighting with other parents and other students. Conflict is not handled correctly, nor taken seriously. Merino school is definetely not what it used to be.
