Sagewood Middle School is bad. The majority of kids there are rich and don't understand reality. I have gone here for one and a half years and do not like it. A lot of kids are stuck up too. I don't have a lot of money so it's hard to go school with these kids.

Sagewood Middle School is such a great school! We have a staff that cares so much about our students and a system of scheduling that allows for strong learning time. Sagewood has purple and teal days, which allow for longer classes and more time for the students to wrap their minds around the material they are learning!

We just moved here at the end of last year, they let our daughter go the last few weeks so she can get use to it there and meet kids! This year her teachers are the best we have had!! She has had some heath issues and they have handled it so perfectly! My daughter had not been this happy in years!!! Thank you Sagewood!!

They blame everything on 'bugdet reductions' they have the same amount of money as they did last year.

I love going to this school! It offers a wide variety of extracaricular activities such as plays, win, sports, and lots of writing clubs. Also the Drama department is awsome!!!! So is the Panther Team!!!!!!

Teachers are caring & attentive, principal is excellent at handling any situation & letting parents know what's going on. Everyone is welcome in the athletic programs, not just the shining stars, which gives kids the chance to try something new. Lots of advanced placement possibilities. Lots of great extracurricular activities. Very satisfied with this school.

What a great school! The teachers are energetic and caring, the principal is top-notch and involved, security is excellent, subjects are interesting, and electives are plentiful. The music program is one of the largest and the best in the area.

Academics at Sagewood are good quality - they offer accelerated math/reading. Teachers are supportive and receptive to parent involvement. Music program is excellent! Sports are typical for middle school and provide opportunity for kids to explore different sports thru out year. Parental involvement seems to be average overall - you see the same parents over and over again at functions/conferences, etc....Overall very happy with my middle schooler's achievement/progress at Sagewood.

Way too much homework, teachers do not know how to grade using the new douglas county system for middle schools. as a result, students are usure of what to do and unmotivated.
