I think the biggest thing I learned here is how elitest this environment can be. I still have a tough time with the way they treated my child. I have run into 6 other parents in the past year that have pulled their children out of this school over the years because of the way they treated their kids. They seemed so focused on who has what, whose mother works, and what kind of an SUV you have to care about the quality of their children's education. That is why they aren't willing to help those on hard times. I wouldn't leave my dog with this group, even if I had left him food and water. They can demoralize you and your child pretty quickly.
My oldest child had gone and completed at this school and my youngest one started there. In all I had supported this school for 14 years. My family fell on hard times and I had inquired and (I thought) obtained a small partial scholarship to help offset some of the cost. But when it came down to it they never followed through with the help. When I pulled my son out of that school no one even called to tell me anything. However, he has since gone to a public school and I feel he is receiving a much better education. If you are sending your school here for Christian values...they don't even operate in that way at all. Give it a second thought before you leap into this situation.
We are very pleased with the education our children are receiving from Trinity. The teachers are dedicated and love the children. The band, choir, and athletic programs are very good. The Christian atmosphere is always present, and the students and teachers alike are respectful and caring toward each other.
