I think that Rangely High School is a very safe school. The academic classes are very good and the classes are small enough so that each student can have 1 on 1 with a teacher. Students that do not ask questions would be the only reason they did not understand the subject, the teachers are very eager to help, stay after school, explain the subject matter in any way that will help the student. The extracurricular activites are also available to any student, besides the sports programs, which for the size of our school, we are very good, (3 yrs went to State for Basketball, 1 yr for Volleyball and Football, band won state 3 yrs in a row) we have knowledge bowl, math club, excellent art program. Parent involvement is like it is everywhere, some parents work and some do not.
