thank goodness the Fine Arts Dept. is back & in great quality!! though not very large (due gto 7am zero hour', band is especially stronger than ever before. Great teaching going on. orchestra is shrinking, however...Choir is successful. Wish all district HSs could be on the same calendar and times. No sense in different times & schedules. Many gang problems here. New uniform policy is great, but MESA kids in same building also need uniforms. More music means better attendance & grad rates.
The CES program is one that needs time. It is working though.
