V.I.L.A.S. Online School

Vilas Online School teachers really work hard to meet students' needs. When my son needs pushed, they push him; when he needs extra help, they help him. This is a good program.

Vilas online school helped my child become a successful learner. He had been on an IEP since 1st grade. After a few years of Vilas Online he is well on his way to be becoming a successful adult. With the flexible schedules, along with the caring teachers and staff we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Vilas online was the worst school I've gone to. you don't learn anything and you don't get to interact with other kids.

I have 2 kids both are 1st time Vilas students and I am impressed with the response I have received with the variety of situations we have brought to the table. The staff do what ever is in their power to make sure that the student learns and they are always very friendly. Parent involvement is important! I will attend again next year. I'm sad that the test scores gives this school a bad reputation. The scores are going to be low if students and parents don't take these tests seriously and make sure that they are taken every year. I highly recommend this school.

Vilas is wonderful for home schooling! My son is in 6th grade. The curriculum is very good. One thing is lacking, extracurricular activities on a regular basis. It is encouraged, and there are two special trips a year all students can attend. Physical education is arranged by the parents, so you will need to plan that yourself. I would recommend Vilas for Colorado students!
