Communication is missing, hoping this will be changed with a new principal next year. Looking forward to having actual STEM being used. The PTO seems to be a mess with little communication, leadership or effectiveness. Always hustling for money but don't know where it goes.
They could literally care less. There is no conflict respolution between kids, the curriculum is easy and not challenging. I also found out my child had a 125 IQ after I pulled him. Obviously not challenged
You can get respect if you're a parent who blames other people for their children's behaviour. Overheard "I yes I know my child throws things, but it's up to the principal and social worker to nurture him."
The principal literally will not, and can not follow protocol for discipline. She threatens video of incidents, yet will not show them when asked. She makes decisions based on wether she likes a child, or is afraid of a parent, not what's best for a child. The principal has the integrity of a bull terrier.
The principal's complete incompetence, and inability to follow simple protocol, paired with mean, nasty teachers creates a haven for behaviourally challenged children, especially ones with parent's with an inability to take responsibility for themselves. Not fun!
Very disappointed in this school. We immediately enrolled our child as soon as we could into a different school and have been much happier. There was little to no homework and the bar is not set high whatsoever. The communication to parents was horrible. If you want your child to pass the bare minimum with absolutely no initiative to excel in life, enroll them here.
