That is because they got rid of all the GREAT teachers and replacing them with unqualified people. After school programs-gone.Volunteer coordinator-gone. Look at class sizes-small because everyone has left.

Unqualified and uncaring administrators create a hostile environment for both staff and parents. Parents who bring concerns to the attention of the administration are often met with with personal accusations rather than compassionate concern and solutions. This stems, I believe, not from an intent to be hurtful, but from a lack of knowledge, ability, and qualifications needed to meet routine parent concerns and expectations. This lack results in fearful overreaction to complaints or concerns. Mediocrity is celebrated as excellence simply because they do not know any better. Money spent here is lost as gifted, high achieving students find themselves behind when transferred to challenging local schools, or worse, unprepared to participate in rigorous math and science programs when they reach university. Sadly, our family's experience with this school was painfully disappointing. We made numerous attempts at reconciliation and were met with hostility. We have not regretted our decision to withdraw. If you are looking for a high quality academic institution that provides a biblical, Christ-centered environment, unfortunately this school cannot not be recommended.

Our experience with this school has been exceptional. Our children transferred to BCS at the beginning of the 2010 school year. BCS offers a superior quality education at the high school level - confirmed for us in the PLAN and ACT scores our children achieved. They offer dual college credits reducing the cost of future higher education. We did not have any exposure or loyalty to a prior administration and have found the current administration to be caring, invested, and effective in providing a well rounded Christian education. The parents are very friendly and actively involved. The high school has a positive energy that is hard to describe. From the moment our kids stepped in the door, they were made to feel welcome by the other kids. They have grown spiritually and academically. The confidence and life skills gained at BCS are truely unique.

When the leadership of the school changed a couple of years ago, the school took a dramatic nose dive. Horrible, unsupportive teachers, a staff that doesn't seem to care unless you donate above and beyond the money you already have to pay, and parents that are VERY cliquish. God forbid your child doesn't "fit in." The best thing I ever did was to pull her out and keep my youngest far away from this school. The only stars I have to give are for the old administration, who have now left.

I have been attending Belleview since Pre-K and I think that it is a great school. It is easy to fit in and make friends. The teachers are amazing and very supportive. You can receive extra help because of the small class sizes. The school definitely helps you build up your relationship with the Lord. I do think that there should be more options for sports and extra-curricular activities seeing that we pay the school big bucks. But in the end, I would recommend this school ffor those seeking for a loving Christian school that will prepare you for college.

Our daughter went from public school problem child to presidential honor roll, thanks to the challenging curriculum and the loving teachers and administration at Belleview. They invested in our daughter and we have the happy confident child, successful student, and test scores to prove it.

We have two children enrolled at Belleview, our daughter has attended 4-6th grade and our son pre-school and pre-k. Everything about this school is spot on. The teachers, administration, and parental involvement. The teachers are top notch, all of the teachers we have worked with clearly love what they do, their students and the school community. The administration works hand in hand with the teachers, students and parents, a very positive team approach for education. They have an amazing art program, including their own kiln for pottery. An excellent and up to date computer lab, excellent reading program, the girls basketball team went to state this past year, and the theater program is great as well. Parental involvement is such a vital aspect of this school community that they actually have a designated volunteer coordinator to help get parents plugged into the community!

I highly recommend Belleview Christian School! My 3 children have been at Belleview for four years at the pre-school elementary levels. I researched schools extensively, focusing on the following criteria: outstanding education & academics, physical development opportunities & programs, social & extracurricular involvement, spiritual growth emphasizing a biblically based value system. Belleview has exceeded my expectations and my children have truly thrived in this environment! Something I hadn t considered was parent involvement thankfully, parent involvement is welcomed by the administration and is very high at Belleview. Additionally, one of my children has special needs requiring a unique approach to best support his learning style. The teacher s and administration have been incredibly supportive, working with me and my child every step of the way. They listen to my input and go out of their way to try new approaches. Even the doctors express how rare it is to have this level of collaboration with a school. There is no doubt that during these crucial foundational years, my children are doing exceptionally well because of the support we receive from Belleview!

Belleview is home to my 2nd and 7th grader! My 2nd grader has been here since Kindergarten and LOVES it!! My 7th grader transitioned from public school to BCS after 5th grade. They did an amazing job working with him to bring him up to speed to be ready for 7th grade! Both of my kids are truly thriving thanks to the dedication of the staff and administration! We are so thankful that our kids are getting an amazing education coupled with a Bible based daily education, not to mention that the rates are some of the lowest in the area for private education! We love Belleview and would not have our children any place else!
