DCW is an amazing school! They focus on the specific mental health issues of children, while at the same time strengthening Colorado families and teaching them new ways for coping in the future. DCW stabilizes behaviors that brought a child into treatment so that they may successfully transition to a lesser restrictive setting. What s so great about this school/facility is that families are seen as active participants in their child's treatment. The solution-oriented model recognizes that youth and families have been constructing solutions for themselves for years and that they have the resources and strengths to resolve issues.
