SO sad that if the bully is a favorite of the staff and a surprise to them all they will do is cover it up Adult= making better adult decisions they want to argue and hate but not grow up.

Only if the bulling laws are implemented into teachers and staff as well to often know people punish good students in fear of the reaction of the bad kids. Bulling that is wrong and done by students is less offensive as bulling done by teachers.

Yes it would however when a child reports or the parents report to the school officials of bullying they seem to cover up information each time it is bought to higher levels.

It would make a difference if we backed it up. It is pointless to have a law & not have administration or staff or anyone back the law up. We have to follow through with it. Practice what we preach.

Anti-bullying laws are a step in the right direction, but the school districts need to be 100% on board in implementing and enforcing these laws. The school districts in Delaware and elsewhere are "required" adopt a policy but accountability ends there.

At this level no. But I feel that kids need to be taught you do not lay hands on any other living thing. It needs to start at a younger age than school age, and unfortunately in our world it doesn't.

No, people put their own twist on what bullying is and what it is not. My son has been called skeletor, skinny pushed around. The principal said name calling is not bulling maybe arassment.
my son fought back got in trouble but they stopped.
