Very important. If a school has a low graduation rate then that means either education is poor and or I am not doing what I'm supposed to do and that is not the case.

Extremely important. It indicates either a rough surrounding area, or a lack of teacher engagement.

The best motivation for kids to graduate is the teachers and parents. Apollo High school in glendale arizona has the best motaivated teachers, dedicated, and a principal that always says there is no impossible. The school where less kids dropout.

Proviso East has one of the worst gang problems for schools in the area. It's horrible. There are cops that have to guard the staff parking lot everyday to make sure teacher's cars are not vandalized. It's pretty pathetic.
