Yes! My son was going to south Bronx head star progam, which was a free daycare center that went into pre-k. The environment was awesome. The place is now being closed down which is leaving the community w/ less options and more struggle.

Yes. Classes have grown from 25 kids to almost 40 kids. I teach 7 classes; I see 250+ kids a day-used to see 175. Too many kids to give them the attention and feedback they deserve. to keep from firing more teachers they cut my pay, may need 2nd job.

Yes. Its bringing the teachers down, and if it's bringing the teachers down, it is bringing the school community down. 40+ students in a class is ridiculous. My daughter is now a sardine.

YES! Wayzata had a program called AVID. Students in this program are targeted as being above the average intellecually in 8th gr. In the High School AP program they are challenged and many continue to take AP classess. Now this program is bye. :(

Our local town school hired too many people they couldn't afford to pay, not thinking about 3 - 5 years later. 2013 they are officially NOT able to make payroll. Jobs will be cut due to irresponsibility by administration.
