No. That decision is between me, my child, and our pediatrician.

Yes of course they should. It is the school,s responsibility to educate the child, not feed him.

If a child/parent chooses hot lunch and they are not on assistance then the answer is yes, but it should be a choice. If a child/parent is on assistance the child should bring lunch from home since it is already paid for by taxpayers.

Of course not. That should be the choice of the parent(s) and child(ren). School lunches should be an option, not mandatory.

No, it’s clearly a big brother encroachment on parental rights and there is no compelling public interest by mandating one’s child be required to eat disgusting and unhealthy food. We already offer kids three meals a day for those parents choose such option or have no choice.

When the schools are able to offer a Kosher lunch to my children, we can consider it.

NO, we already pay taxes for school and the economy can hardly make it now and you want us to give our kids money for school when no one is acctually watching what they eat!

No. There is no way to guarantee that students with diabetes or gluten-free needs will get what they need. Plus, the district shouldn't waste money on food that is consumed by the trash can.
