Branford High School

If I could give this school a NO star rating I would. Branford High is a big dissapointment. No leadership or control over kids. Principal is a joke. I would never send another kid of mine to that worthless school.

i am a student here at bhs an this school is outstanding! this school isnt just a school its a community, the staff is amazing when it comes to getting an education, they are always willing to take time out of there day to help the students. If i were a parent looking for the right high school for my child i would deffinitally choose Branford High!

Great vision from the leadership. Dr. Higgins is a progressive educator. His replacement should follow in his footsteps. My only complaint is in the 'senior balcony'. It invites bullying and hazing rituals, and needs to be addressed.

Wonderful school with very few minor flaws. The school is very safe and the discipline is good. Extracurriculars are incredible! I am proud to say that I have student at BHS. I give this school and its administration and staff an A+.

I am almost a junior at BHS and high school has been the best experience of my life so far. BHS has made me feel welcome at all times and has helped me when I was in need of support. The guidance department is excellent and the administration is wonderful. The teachers are creative and intelligent and they make learning extremely pleasurable. The teachers allow their students to voice their opinions and share their ideas with others. Students respect the teachers and administration and all are treated like a community and family. Students are able to have fun while getting a great education. BHS also has over 50 extracurricular activities and sports that are being added to and updated almost weekly. BHS prepares students for the college and business world and they help them prepare for their futures. An education at BHS will be the best experience of your life.

I am currently a sophomore at Branford High School. I absolutely love school. The teachers are very smart and creative and make learning fun. Branford High is great because they let students experience what life will be like as an adult. The school needs to spend a little more time enforcing the 'no smoking' rule but other than that Branford High School is a wonderful school with more than 40 clubs and extracirriculars. They have wonderful sports teams and a great program called the 'Music Makers' that anybody who loves music and/or singing should join. Branford High School has a wonderful sense of community that welcomes all. The principal, assitant principals, and guidance councelors always have their doors open if you ever need someone to talk to. I would highly reccommend this high school to anybody who wants the very best for their children.

Branford High School is excellent. They clearly want their students to suceed beyond the walls of BHS. They clubs promote diversity and responsibility. Most of the teachers are very in touch with their students. The athletic program is amazing, Branford is always a contender in the state tournament. The guidance department and the administration really works to help the kids. There is a really sense of community at Branford High School.
