My son spent 8 years at Eagle Hill. We are sad that he has to leave - we are looking for a suitable high school for him. But what can match Eagle Hill with its small classes, talented and well-motivated teachers and beautiful grounds? It is absolutely the best school for kids with LDs!

Eagle Hill School is a private special education school for children with learning disabilities. Because it is a small school the classes are small, and the teachers are better able to meet the individual needs of the students. Classes are taught in such a way that the teachers work at the student's pace, and help them to be successful in school.

My son spent 2 years at EH Greenwich. During that time he blossomed both socially and academically. He gained confidence, self esteem and self advocacy skills. The staff and administration was, for the most part, really wonderful. Talented, caring, and they go the extra mile. He is now in an LD boarding school and doing well. The headmaster said the kids from EH Greenwich are well prepared and transiton easily.

Eagle Hill Greenwich is an amazing school. They have a great academics. The music and arts program is not so good, but basically u are there to fix your learning disability. Sports are great and other extracurricular activities are ok. This school extremely helped me with everything.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.

Oops! We currently do not have any student information for this school. We rely on the state Department of Education, the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), and in some cases school administrators such as registrars and principals for this data.
