My son is in one of the Kindergarten classes. His teachers give adequate, age appropriate homework. I have constant communication from his teacher as well as the principal. I have also seen a magnificent improvement in his reading and writing skills from pre-kindergarten to halfway through the kindergarten school year. It's quite evident that the teachers and staff are doing well with the students.

My daughter completed her first year. She along with my husband and self were very pleased. Her 1st grade teacher, Mrs,. Cardinal was wonderful, as was the Principal (Mark Proffitt). Unfortunately for the Spencer community, he took another position for the 2008-09 school year. The kids that go there are great. Wonderful Parent involvement as well.

I LOVE working at Spencer. The teachers I work with are SO helpful and friendly, and Mark is an EXCELLENT principal to work for. The climate in our school is wonderful...the kids love coming here, and so do the teachers. I could not ask for a better job =)

This school programs are well on their way. My daughter is in JK and is already learning to read simple words and sentences. Spencer school allows for an abundance of parental involvement. I appreciate the ability to be involved in my childs education and the academic growth.
