I never really liked this school until the new principal came.He made a lot of improvment to the school.

My grandchildren have attended St Francis for three years and I feel this school is one of a kind. It represents a multi-cultural blend of all the children in the city.. Most are Catholic but some are not but everyone is treated equally. Whenever the resources are lacking the faculty makes up for it twofold for the children. The children are being taught by dedicated teachers who are good people and they are teaching the children the value of being good citizens in the community.

My child attended the pre-k program for 2yrs. During that time period I was not pleased with the staff in that program. The principal has left and they hired another who is not very impressive. The support there is very minimum. They need improvement. It is overall a safe environment but the facility itself could use a lot of brushing up. There is a less than a hand full of teachers that can be appreciated and show strength and effort. I am switching to another school which will be more dedicated to the childrens needs.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
