This is a wonderful program for students who find themselves pregnant during their school years. Welcomed by a caring staff, they will find a full academic curriculum designed to keep them on schedule while they also receive support in health, nutrition, childbirth and parenting. All effort is made to match the student's home school class schedule so no there will be no interruption in her academics. Bedrest work is available for students requiring medical restrictions and at time of delivery. Careful consideration of timing of transfer to home school is made based on individual. Any pregnant New Haven student is welcome at McCabe Center. Contact through a Guidance Counselor or call directly. Proof of Pregnancy and School records needed for transfer.
