Great School and Great Teachers. There work with the students and offer great extra curricular activities to keep the kids motivated and love coming to school.
This NHPS is a cut above the rest. The teachers know each child by name and each child is given whatever they need to succeed. The staff puts children first and it breeds respect for authority and for the children themselves. As a uniform school, all children feel equal with no one being better then another. Smart boards are used, computer skills taught and all students know that good behavior is expected and required. I like the parent resource center. It aims for parental involvement but also helps parents to learn a multitude of different skills. While at Mauro, you know that if you need help you can get help and you do not have to be ashamed to ask it is a community, and you are part of the family. I believe that Mauro s learning environment will continue to open doors to their children for a lifetime of learning.
