I think the teachers at this school are stellar--and I say that as an educator at another middle school in the region.
Although some might see the small size of the school as a drawback, it makes it easy for parents to be involved and help out. Most of the teachers are average, however I have found it to be a great school for children with special needs. There are plenty of extracurricular activities and, being a new comer to the town, my children found it relatively easy to make friends. I would, overall, recommend this school.
This school has, well, average teachers and staff. Never send your child here!
