Trinity has been an extraordinary high school for my daughter. The structure and quality of the classes and the assistance provided for her college search is the primary reason I wish to brag. Trinity helps every student with every concern they have. What a wonderful school.

TCHS has some positives but on balance I was very disappointed. We took our child out of the school for a combination of reasons. First, the range of courses in severely limited (no music classes; few art classes only one teacher; hardly any AP classes; limited exposure to new technology; only languages offered are Italian, French and Spanish whatever happened to Latin? This is after all a Catholic school!) Furthermore the school is extremely cliquish and students compete with each other in clothes, jewelry, cars, etc. The athletic program is the real emphasis of the school and athletes are treated differently (academic and behavior problems often overlooked) than the mainstream students. Finally, good teachers do not tend to remain at the school. There are several great long-term educators, however any competent young teacher usually moves on in a year or less when they realize they can t live of the $25-30,000 they make in a Catholic school.

TCHS is a great small school. The racial issue that was referred to in an earlier post happened off the school campus on a week-end evening.It is a safe and spititual enviorment, and what has been going on a other local High Schools this is a no brainer.Tuition is fair and yes there are fund raisers to raise more money but when you get no city or state support this is needed.

Trinity Catholic High School provides a top quality college prep education for your child. Education is about the whole person; students who graduate from TCHS are prepared for the rigors of college, both academically and socially. Dedicated faculty and administrators know each individual student and nurture each person to reach their potential. A recent college admissions interviewer from a top tier University recently told me that they are always impressed with the Trinity Catholic High School students...they are not only prepared for the rigor of college but also for the challenges of the real world. They always bring 'something special' to the interview.

Trinity Catholic High School is a college preparatory school. The teachers and staff create a wonderful learning environment for my child. If your child is having a problem in a subject, teachers are willing to stay after school, sometimes one on one, to get them back on track. I would highly recommend it.

Recent problems include racism in which the student was barely punished. Its street nickname is 'the Olympic Village'. People who play sports have more value than acadmeics. Several students with all A and B+ averages were not accepted because they could not afford to go there. Instead academic scholarships were given to future athletes. Supervision at dances was very little and lots of 'grinding' encouraged and not stopped. School says tuition is one price but then nickels and dimes you to death so that its several thousands of dollars higher. This overpriced education is not worth the price you pay.

Saw a review saying not academically great because of no music program? Catholic High has turned our more lawyers, successful executives and CEO's than any High School its size in the state....and many times larger.

academically, i think this school is average there is no music program, and the extracurricular activities are good.Only a few parents get involved at this school.
