Terryville High School offers children of Terryville and Plymouth a variety of clubs and sports to participate in and provides a challenging academic environment, not to mention an awesome looking school.

Quality academic program and atmosphere, inovative faculty and administrators. I cannot speak too strongly about the kind of education I received at old THS. I was by grade and standing one of the least academically qualified graduates, I made the cut by percentages of a point (I believe it a gift). But I have been successful as an Electronic Engineer and have designed a number of inovative medical, military, and nuclear devices. To go further would be tooting my own horn and old THS taught us to be team players.

THS provided me with teachers and faculty who listened to what I wanted to do with my future. The teachers supported me 150% with any activity that I was involved with, at the school or in my community. I was inspired to pursue my dreams by the strong influences that all of my teachers provided me with and I would love for my children to be raised in this school system someday.

The school is not in the greatest shape... teachers range from good to those who can't even control the class. So many kids are going to other schools do to students who feel they are better then others. By making those students they feel are not good as them life's miserable. Many bully problems found in this school. Their are teachers who pick their favorites who get away with alot. Say have strict rules but girls show way to much. Many students can't even be controled by teachers.

Terryville High school is a dank unmotivating cave filled with mostly washed up or burned out staff. With only a handfull of good teachers many hopefull students slip through the cracks. Very little ethnic diversity and no real creative arts program makes THS a cultural void.
