This school has been an excellent environment for my child for the last four years. She has learned and grown tremendously and the staff has gone the extra mile on a consistent basis to help her to meet her goals. I could not ask for a better school experience!!

Dr. DePalma, or Dr. D. as she is known by the students, sets the tone in this school, following the school code, "Whiting Lane students are respectful, responsible, make good choices and always take care of eachother." The students all know the code and, as far as I have seen, live by it. This is a special school, with a large, diverse population, which somehow manages to feel like a small school.
