With the new parish center going in, things will greatly improve. St. Anthony School has always been excellent, it will just be better now. Teachers are top notch, and are at St Anthony School because they love to teach.

We have five children and four are currently enrolled at Saint Anthony's. The school's administration is top notch and the teaching staff is professional, dedicated, and caring. Most importantly, the children attending St. Anthony's genuinely enjoy school and are bright, inquisitive, and loving. The school instills traditional Catholic values while encouraging the children to express their individuality. In terms of extracurricular activities, I do wish there was more offered. There is no art teacher, so art skills falls into the curriculum of the classroom teachers. The range of sports offered could also be improved upon. Other than these items, the school is a wonderful asset to the community.

My son is in Kindergarten at St. Anthony's School. We are thrilled with the school. If your 5 year old were to say to you that the best thing in his life was 'growing in God's Love', wouldnt you be thrilled? A very committed, close-knit community completely dedicated to the children. I couldnt recommend it highly enough.

St. Anthony School in Winsted, CT has existed for about 150 years. The school has always done well. It gives a good foundation for high school and for life. Parents give so much to the school. Most of our money comes from donations from the area. St. Antony School has a music teacher who does well at teaching the basics of music and more. Sports are limited to only Basketball, Cross Country, Base Ball, and Soft Ball. Not so many extracurricular activities. Safty is the #1 concern. We are prepared in case of emergencies. St. Antony School is a great place for any child.
