| EOG and EOC |
| This shows the percentage of students that scored at or above the proficient level on the North
Carolina End-of-Grade (EOG) and End-of Course (EOC) tests taken in spring 2011. The EOG and EOC tests are standards-based,
which means they measure how well students are mastering specific skills defined for each grade by the state of North
Carolina. The goal is for all students to perform at or above the proficient level on the tests.
To compare schools, GreatSchools uses grade 3 EOG results for elementary schools, grade 8 EOG and EOC algebra I results for middle schools, and EOC English I, algebra I and biology results for high schools. Source: NCDPI, 2010-2011 |
