This school was absolutely awful when my kids went there. They learned nothing and the staff was not qualified to teach in my opinion. I had to withdraw them from this school and enroll them in a quality school. My friend also had a problem with this school and had to withdraw her child. They were quick to take my money and in return my child suffered.

I believe this school is no longer in existence. I looked diligently for it last summer when we moved here.

We are so happy about putting our daughter in KCA, she is in Kindergarten and learning how to read. She learned how to write and also already doing addition and subtraction. Sometimes my daughter can be a little on the hyper side, but her teacher (Sis. DeVito) is wonderful and working with me. The class only has 10 kids so they all get the attention they need to excel. The daily agenda is great and they continue to learn about God (which is rear now). We plan on putting our other daughter there in a couple years too. This school is affordable and well structured.

I am VERY impressed with Kent Christian Academy. My daughter has been at this school since she was in Pre-K and now she is bstarting Kindergarten this fall, and she has already become a very bright, intelligent young lady since attending this school. They spend one-on-one time with the students and the students are able to learn exceptionally well. I am glad that my daughter is attending this school, and I hope to keep her here until she graduates 12th grade. I would recommend this school to anyone who wants their to have a bright future. The teachers are extremely good with the students and teach them very well.

I am very impressed with Kent Christian. My son is a pre-K student and is already learning to read! The teachers are very warm and loving and take pride is what their students are learning. The teachers make learning fun and exciting by making fun 'field trips'. The last assignment my son had was a visit to a 'cave'. The teachers had transformed another part of the buiding into a cave atmosphere. The students brought a backpack and a flashlight along with a trail mix they had made at school the day before. They explored the 'cave' and learned about caves. My son came home with the brightest eyes as he told me all about his adventure. Every day is a fun filled, learning experience at this school.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
