My daughter had several medical issues during school. This is the best school i have ever been to. Mr. Smith, Mrs. Junge, and Mrs. Swearington are all wonderful. Eveyone worked to help my daughter. They were very quick to approve the home bound program. This is by far the best school.

I have visited other schools in the district and have not seen a principal as involved in the kids in the school as Ms. Walik she takes the time to know the kids. Other schools can call a kid to the office and when they show up ask who are you and what do you want.

I have a child in 4th grade and one who just started kindergarten. I am very satisfied with this school. The principal is wonderful and is great about remembering parents and always greets with a smile. My daughter is excelling in this school and I know that my son will too.

I am not so happy with this school, they dont teach student how to write correctly, they dont correct errors in tests or homework, if there is an inconvenient with students; they dont really mind at all,an forget that something happend and they dont even inform a parent about their child incident, they dont have good regulations.

I am very happy with this school. The principal is genuinely concerned about the students.

About the tests

In 2012-2013 Delaware used the Delaware Comprehensive Assessment System (DCAS) to test students in English language arts and math in grades 3 through 10, in social studies in grades 4 and 7, and in science in grades 5, 8 and 10. The DCAS is a standards-based test, which means it measures specific skills defined for each grade by the state of Delaware. The goal is for all students to score at or above the state standard.
