Is your child required to recite the Pledge of Allegiance at school? Do you agree with this practice?

I don't see any problem with this being a requirement. That being said, both of my kids (diff schools) recite the pledge but the students aren't required to. They can sit out if they choose. I encourage my children to participate.

Absolutely!with under God! as part of the Pledge of Allegiance, Would be nice to sing one verse of the Star Spangled Banner weekly! As well as well as a little history as to what inspired both.

Yes, I do agree with this practice. I have a problem understanding why anyone would disagree with this practice.

Yes I think every child in any grade should say it cause it is our heritage.
