help with a physically challenged and obese girl

i adopted a physically challenged obese girl from another country she is a teenager and is on wheelchair can anyone suggest how to talk to schools and arrange transportation and someone to assist her in bathroom etc at school, i am also new here

Actually, a child who is physically disabled needs a 504 plan, not an IEP (unless she also has some kind of learning disability or language problem as well). She has certain rights, and if you look up "504 plan" you can find the details.79425
