When do I register my daughter for kindergarten for Darnall Elementary School?

Contact the school, first. The office might have limited hours or might not have reopened from summer break. That said, if you can't get an answer, contact the district office.
I'd let them know what you already know, in order to help them place her in the appropriate class. Suggest starting an IEP so her rights are protected.
