Very shady institution, they claimed to accept the McKay Scholarship for children with special needs. The new student fee was $200; the testing fee was $30. The book activity and supply fee was $436.00. I was told that 50% of the fees prior to August 1, 2011. There was a mandatory $180 a month fee for the (DISCOVERY Program) which is an additional $3400 even if the Mckay Scholarship covered all of the tuition. Because I questioned the accounting system, my child was denied entry. What is highly makes the school suspect is why would you require all of the monies upfront, if there is an examination for entry to "see if Trinity will be the right fit for your child". WHY would you test students who have qualified for a scholarship based on "DISABILITIES"???????? The McKay Scholarships for Students with Disabilities , what kind of testing would you have to admit a student with disabilities. My child was denied entry 68%, 70 is passing. So much for a "TRINITY CHRISTIAN EDUCATION", where a student pays for the cardinal sins of his father for questioning the accounting practices of a "Christian School who operates

My student was in an "A" rated public school for several years. The program is academically stronger than public school including the test taking. The negative behaviors of other students such as a bullying, teasing do not seem to exist in this school environment. The class sizes are smaller. My child says the teachers care about the students and want to see him learn. We are very pleased with the Trinity program and would highly recommend.

TCS is phenomenal! My child has been there 2 yrs now ,and the teachers are the most honest loving teachers and people I have ever met. The love that is shown for each child is incredible. The curriculum is exceptional! My child is currently in 3rd grade and reads well into an 8th grade level. Computers, Christianity, Spanish, Art and Music are just a few of the specials that are offered. The reputation of this school truly speaks for its self. After a go around with public school TCS has been a very welcomed relief. I would recommend TCS to anyone that is looking for a high quality education mixed with a loving environment for their child.

Trinity Christian School meets a need for a quality, affordable Christian school in the Apopka area. Plans are in the works for a possible high school in the fall of 2010. Both of my children attended Trinity and one is now in high school. She was well prepared for high school and is taking all honors courses. The students are like a family and my high school daughter still keeps in touch with all her friends from Trinity. If you are looking for a Christian school in the Apopka area, you would do well to consider Trinity.

We have a 3 year old and a 13 year old. Both have attended this school for 2 years now. We love the teachers and the love they show for each child. The education they receive is phenomenal! They are a very close knit set of children, and they are all very accepting of new students. I would recommend this school to any parent looking for a great loving, Christian environment.

I cannot express how much I love this school. My three sons attend, one is is second grade, one is in pre-K, and the third is in the 2 year old nursery class. I pray to God that I can keep them at this school as long as possible. My oldest son started in kidnergarden and was diagnosed with a learning disability. He was enrolled in their Discovery program and he recieves special attention and therepy two times a week. It worked wonders, he is now in 2nd and is in the gifted program and reading way beyond his grade level. Like I said, if you are looking for a private Christian school in or near Apopka, Trinity is the place you want to be.

Both of my kids have attended Trinity. Both of my kids have experienced Christian guidance, loving but firm teachers, a strong Bible based curriculum and have exceeded far beyond my expectations. My husband and I are very happy with TCS. Our firm belief in Christian education helped us search for the right school. I agree that the music program is one of the strongest assets. But, the Accelerated Reader program, the computer access, new playground and the strong Christian guidance are also assets. My child that is now in high school has been able to start high school with a strong Christian foundation that Trinity, along with us and our church, helped him build. He is excelling in Honors and AP classes. Both of my children learned to read in the Preschool program at TCS. Both are top readers. I applaud the job that TCS is doing.

Both of my children have attended Trinity for several years. Most of my experiences with teachers and staff have been positive. Many upgrades were done on the campus during the summer which have greatly improved the appearance of the school. The curriculum is very sound and challenging. The music program at Trinity is of a very high quality with all students taking violin in 4th grade and then given a choice of violin or band in 5th grade. Middle school music choices include band, violin, or chorus.

I have had all three of my children attend TCS from nursery through 7th grade and they were academically challanged and spiritually nurtured. Teachers love the Lord and are caring and encouraging. TCS prepared my children wonderfully for high school. I'm proud of TCS and what they stand for. They take a stand against the wavering politics of today's society and encourage parent involvement and imput. God bless TCS for the role this school has played in my life and in the lives of my children!

Trinity has a really good curriculam that challenges me, and prepares me for high school and even college. The teachers on the other hand are self-centered, and don't put their heart into their teaching. Not all of the teachers, just a very good handful of them. I've been surviving middle school, probably because of Mrs.Tyre's soft and always open heart. She is the best teacher you could ever have. But with her absence for my last year in the 8th grade (2006-2007) I'll have to put the bad thoughts of the past behind me and think of Mrs.Tyre in my heart.-13
