This has been a wonderful school for my daughter. She just moved to Florida from Michigan where she grew up. We wanted a school where students would study in small classes with great teachers. We wanted a school where teachers tried to find each student's gifts and then worked to build those gifts into high academic achievement. And we wanted a school where our daughter would feel welcome and safe. Toussaint has been that school. She has earned a 3.8 average there and is enrolled in their honor's program. She will be taking dual enrollment courses at PBCC in 10th, 11th and 12th grades. She felt welcome at Toussaint from her first days at the school. The other students have been very friendly and tolerant. (As a caucasian, she is a minority at the school). And this is probably the safest high school in Palm Beach County.

I have been teaching at this school for over 4 years. The class sizes are small, on the average 22 students per teacher. Our school's mission is to empower students to create a world they can believe in and to be the change they want to see in the world. We have been extremely sucessful with young students who do not fit into large school setting and with our Haitian students who want to learn English. This school is a good fit for students and involved parents who benefit from working with teachers and want to see young people make progress and succeed in life. Sincerely, Jana Newton
