I love Seabreeze Elementary School because my grandson attends there. He loves the school and loves learning which I think is a reflection of the teachers and the school.

My son has been at Seabreeze Elementary all his elementary education. Great school, excellent staff, wonderful education, and parent-teacher interaction. Thanks to all the staff.

Sea Breeze is a wonderful school! It's a place where you feel you know the teachers and that, most importantly, they get to know your child. Everyone here is friendly and both of my daughters are receiving an excellent education at Sea Breeze. I have NEVER felt that my child was being short changed on education here and I have ALWAYS felt included and welcomed as a parent. You can get involved and help in classrooms, you can go along on field trips, and bring your child lunch and eat outside with him or her any day you wish. No one ever asks that you remain on the 'outside' of your child's education here. If your child attends Sea Breeze, I cannot imagine any disappointment. Best Wishes Always!!

Wea Breeze was once a wonderful school. However I feel the change in principals has been a change for the worst. She does not seem to care what the parents want and dont want. I sincerly hope something is done to fix the problem before an 'A' school is run into the ground.

My main concerns with the school are...the lack of security. The children are in several different buildings with 2 entrance doors to each building which are unlocked and accessible to anyone who decides to walk in, this a a HUGE concern of mine. The playground often has sexual explicit graffiti which went uncleaned after numerous calls by myself and other parents, we finally cleaned it ourselves, we all need to check the playground, and often. I don't agree with the once a week homework folders, either. Too many of our children are between 2 homes, childcare and etc and that is too long to keep track of important papers for our kids on the go. Assign it, and have it due the next day...this weekly stuff is to convience the teacher, not the student. Overall, I believe they need to pay more attention to safety and graffiti.

Sea Breeze Elementary is an awesome school. The staff and teachers work in great harmony to promote a wonderful learning environment. They are the only school in Manatee and Sarasota county that has had an 'A' 5 years in a row. Highly recommended.

Principal talks alot and doesn't get much done. The teachers that we have encountered are pretty good, and care about their students. Just wish that the school as a whole was more organized and proactive.
