This school has been great for our son. Wonderful teachers and staff. They work well with children with special needs. We are out of zone and I drive him everyday to school and it is worth it.

There seems to be great desire for involvement from the parents, but it depends on the encouragement of the teachers. No art or music class, although there is an early morning choir.

I feel that Bushnell Elementary has been a leader of academic excellence for some time. The school allows the parents to interact with the teachers through participating in field trips and other social events. This way we can get a feel of how the teachers treat the children. Overall I believe the teachers and other staff members are very professional and personable with the students. My daughter Victoria actually brags about how great her teachers are. I feel very fortunate and honored to have my daughter attend this school .When I think of Bushnell elementary I think of a school who actually cares about their students. They don't meet the standard, they set the standard. THANK YOU.

I feel that the teacher's do their best with what they have to deal with. Alot of parents do not participate as they should, leaving the parents who care behind. moved here from Pinellas county, kings highway elementary, and have found a vast improvment over the shoolastics. thye teachers here are much more focused and have more time to spend with each child. we just wish we had more funding for our school to make it one of the best learning enviroments in Florida. We feel very fortunate to have found a school with caring teachers and an enviroment for our daughter to acheive a better learning experience.

I enjoy the family-focus of this school. Chili/Bingo Nights allow good communication between families and school personnel. I always feel welcome in my daughter's classroom.
