Jim Allen Elementary School

My son has attended Jim Allen since kindergarten & is now in his final 5th grade year... I am very sad for him to have to leave... They have gone above & beyond to make me & my son feel like family... As a single dad I always wanted to be as involved as possible.... They made this so easy, welcomed, encouraged, & comfortable on every aspect - from the Teachers, Principal, Bus Driver etc etc etc.... The office staff has ALWAYS had me & my sons best interest in mind & it meant sooo much to me over the years ! Then theres the Education, wich is Phenomenal !!! My sons in PATS & has represented Jim Allen 2 years in a row at the Sunshine Math Competition, probably 3 years... He's gotten such an excellent education I wish Jim Allen had a Middle School extension :)

I have lived in the Molino & Cantonment area and have had all 3 of my children attend Jim Allen since Kindergarten. I think the teachers are fabulous and make every child feel special. I have a lot of respect for these teachers as well as the help with the women working in the front office. I have enjoyed all the teachers my children have had and each school year that ends, has always been very sad for my children as they always seem to miss their teachers more than their friends. My son, Aaron has really enjoyed his prior school years and due to the outstanding job the teachers have done, Aaron was accepted into the gifted program part time in his 4th grade year and full time in his 5th grade year. He has expressed to me how much he is enjoying his 5th grade year and how much fun he has been having and the new things he has learned that day, which has encouraged him to want to learn more. Thank you Jim Allen for your outstanding efforts in making our school such a success.

My Daughter loves Jim Allen. I think the school has a warm friendly atmosephere and it is an academically sound school.

I think Jim Allen Elementary is a dedicated school. The halls are filled with smiling faces and it just puts you in a good mood knowing the faces your child sees all day are those that are happy, gentle and caring. The teachers seem to be very concerned with thier students and I have to say there is a teacher that has been working with my kindergartner for the second year now and I think she really cares for my child, and I know she wants to help him reach his highest potential. This school is very together, they work hard to help thier students.They greatly appreciate and welcome any parent willing to help in any way. My children love thier P.E. teachers and Music teachers.The school also offers an after school program for people who work later than 2 pm, it is open till 5:30 P.M. Thanks
