I am in my 10th and final year as a parent at St Andrew. I couldnt be more pleased with the experience. My children are very prepared for High School and spiritually whole. The love and dedication they show towards my children is incredible. I will miss being apart of this community and school.

My kids love this school as much as we do. Nice family community, the teachers & staff (most) are very dedicated, caring, loving, & just wonderful people. They teach the whole child; wish they were a little less tolerant of 'misbehavior.' My kids can't wait to go to school!

St Andrew is a school that educates the whole child. The teachers develop a relationship with the kids. It is not unusual for us to be out shopping and my son will smaile and wave a someone who then greets him by name and says hello. This would be ateacher from another grade who knows my child. The new principal scares me a bit she never seems to be telling the whole truth, but the teachers are doing such great things

St. Andrew is a school filled with teachers who go above and beyond everyday. My child is in Pre k and his teacher is wonderful. She is kind and caring and expects a lot of the kids academically but with fun. The hands on activities are wonderful, I need to buy a bigger box to save all the projects. The rest of the satff seems just a dedicated and I am happy that we choose St Andrew.

Excellent school. Great, great teachers. I love the small community feel of the school. We chose this school because of its christian teachings and continue to send our children there because of it's high educational standards, loving teachers, and exceptional programs.

The teachers at St Andrew are about the most deicated people I have ever encountered. I know that they make far less than the public school techers do and are as qualified and all are fully certified but they all have additional religious certification that required that they atrend seminars and conferences on their days off and vacations. They stay late and come in early. Thay use tons of their own money and resourses to teach the children. It is not a school for the rich as some former student mentioned. Almost all of the students are from 2 oparent very hard working parents whio have been very hard hit by the economy so Im not sure whrer that child was coming from. My 3 chidren have been excellently prepared for the next step, be it Verot or public school. One chose Verot, one chose public school. the third will gowherever

My son completed K-8th grade at St. Andrew, and is on to Bishop Verot in Ft. Myers. I couldn't be anymore pleased with the educational and moral grooming he has received at St. Andrew in preparation for High School. I am grateful looking back that I made the sacrifices necessary to pay for School. A value to which there is no equal in public school.

We are so pleased to send our children to St. Andrew School. The teachers are dedicated and loving. I feel like they are as invested in my children's education as I am. They inspire the children to want to learn more. If they see that the class is interested in a subject, they take the time to explore that subject and turn ordinary experiences into exciting opportunities to learn. The annual Week of the Young Child is amazing, as was the elementary school science fair! But, most importantly, we send our children there for the close community and the Christian values. The small community provides a loving and supporting environment for the children. I have great communication with my children's teachers, the front office, and Principal, Sister Elizabeth. I love that my children attend mass once a week and that there is a continuous focus of faith in the school.

This school is a pretty all around good school. But they can be way to strict sometimes and take things way over bored.Academic activities and extracurricular is really good, they have lots of stuff to do and play. They do have a lot of parent involvement. They don't teach you everything you need to know. They are a bit behind from even public schools. They do keep up on art, music, and sports/PE.But I will rate it a three star school.

I was a student at St.Andrew from kindergarten through seventh grade. I went to a public middle school for my eighth grade year because I absolutely hated St.Andrew. It's adequate for elementary, but it doesn't even come close to preparing students for high school unless they're going to a private high school (A.K.A. Bishop Verot), which they expect you to, but that isn't an option for some. St.Andrew has many parent appreciation things, but most are held during daytime, which prevents working parents from attending. But the school is geared towards those with money, so for the majority at St.Andrew, it's not a problem. But for those who do work, they unfairly just don't get to attend. Why I left St.Andrew was because of how clique-ish and stuck-up all the students were. My 8th grade year in public school was the best so far and I wish I would've left sooner.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
