This school is wonderful. My son is currently enrolled and loves this school. His confidence is up and now loves to read. The teachers are amazing and spend alots of individual time with him. I will NEVER send him back to the public schools again.

My 15 year old grandson is currently attending Cape Academy for the first time this year. This school is amazing to say the least! My grandson who was getting failing grades while in public school is now getting B's. Excellent teachers who really care!!

The Cape Academy has been a gift; they have turned my around. Before my son hated school because of his disabilities but the Cape Academy taught him to learn in his own way and he has excelled. He was failing classes now he gets straight A's.

The Cape Academy ~ A Private High School ~ The Cape Academy is a private high school located in the city of Cape Coral, Florida. The student population is small to optimize individualized instruction. The curriculum is structured to exceed the Florida Sunshine State Standards. The school offers both a standard and advanced (college bound) degree course of study and upon completion of a minimum of 24 credits students are awarded a recognized high school diploma. This is not a GED program. Students may progress at a pace consistent with their ability which may be faster or slower than the norm. We offer a dual enrollment program, which allows qualifying high school students to attend college level classes at Edison College at no charge except for books. For more information on this program, please call the school for an appointment.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
