As a college administrator who works with high school students at Cedar Key, I have had the chance to observe the daily interactions between staff and students at Cedar Key. I am the grandmother of five and great-grandmother of one, but if I had children in elementary and secondary school today, I would want them to attend a school like Cedar Key. Cedar Key doesn't have a magic formula other than knowing each and every child and wanting the best for them in their academic career. If a child gets off track, the guidance counselor and teachers are there to help. This school has the best combination of factors to guarantee each child achieves to his or her potetnial - parent involvement, small class size, and dedicated faculty and staff. Kudos!
