I am a student at Chipley High School. The school is by far too small for the expanding population of Chipley. One of the main problems that I find with the school is the fact that we have little to no stimulating academics. Yes, we have the manditory classes, but other than that, we are left with only sports, band, and low funded clubs.

I believe Chipley High has some great, very committed teachers who get the kids excited about learning. The school is particularly strong in FCAT. An energetic new principle came along and seems to be inspiring both teachers and students to do their best. Also a band director who has introduced choral program and a music appreciation class. The school benefits from some parent involvement as well as strong support from the local community.
