My nephew attends this school. I, too, have been impressed with Mr. Boe (Civics) and Dr. Warren (Science). They truly care about the kids and know their subjects. I have been disappointed with his Math and English teachers. I'm frustrated that the principal refuses to be accountable to parents or listen to their concerns about incompetent teachers.

I am extremely displeased with this school and administration. This year was the first year for the Cambridge program which my son is in. There are some good teachers at this school such as Dr. Warren the gifted science teacher and Mr. Boe the civics teachers. Some of the others are just there to fill the space. When I tried to speak to the principal about the matter he clearly did not want to hear it. They do not want parents involvement beyond scheduled events and meetings. There is also a bulling problem. When both of my sons tried to report an incident they were told to shake hands and end it or both students would be suspended! Parents please start to speak out! This school needs a drastic change starting with a new principal!

This school is in a transition and is improving every day. Staff and administrators are working hard to improve the image of the past.

I am very displeased with this school and administration. They are not very responsive to parents unless they want something. They do not handle problem situations very well. There is a very negative feel about this school since the new administration has taken over. There is little parent involvement. The academic programs need to be improved to better prepare students for the high school level. There is a bad bullying problem at this school that 'tends' to be let go and not addressed until a student takes measures into his/her own hands.
