Freedom 7 Is An AMAZING School! I Used To Be A Student There From K - 5 I Moved. But F 7 Is The Best School IN Brevard County. The Teachers Will Help You When You Need Help! They Are Also Very Nice And The Students Most Likely You'll Get Along With All Of Them! If You Want Your Kid/Grandchild/Niece/Nephew.. Ect To Go To A Good School I Would Chose Freedom 7! H.T
I have a Great grandson attending this school and he is doing so very good.
I love my school! I am a student at freedom 7. We have a lot of before and after school clubs. The level of parent involvement is outstanding. We are always working on another project. There is a lot of homework. We spend a lot of time in the computer lab. The only thing is, the principal has a bad reputation.
The school offers an enriched, high quality academic program for children who are often bored and overlooked in the traditional classroom. The expectations for both students and families are high, but that's is why parents choose this particular school for their children. I am impressed with the quality and level of instruction. Extra-curricular activities are limited - but then again, that's not why I send my child to school. I can arrange soccer, dance, music lessons, etc. At school I expect a focus on learning and intellectual development.
academics stink, because they do not care about the whole child. nothing matters- only the fcat scores. the pessure for parent involvement is on overkill. the administration needs to get a life.
Freedom 7 is a really great school. You have much to learn and the teachers give all the effort into it. We have projects of studies like each year you learn about a different contenent and at the end of the year you can visit each one at the international Festaval to learn about each others and play games. The teachers make learning fun and it's great to learn in a way you can understand insted of in a book. There is different feild trips like the best ones were at epcot, seaworld and Sea Camp in Big Pine Key close to key west. If i had to choose a school this would be at the top of my list. -student
Small school, only 3 classes per grade level. Just approved for IB status. Good parents, good kids. Parental involvement very high. Must hold lottery for field trip volunteers because so many parents volunteer. Lots of projects. New 'Unit of Inquiry' every 6 weeks requiring a written/oral/model report at the end. Christmas program is wonderful! End of the year pool party. 'International Festival' is lots of fun. Love the uniforms. Highly qualified teachers. Definitely a higher performing school compared to an average public school. More homework assigned than an average school and lots of projects as well as a yearly science project. Not a school for a struggling student or a parent that can't be heavily involved. Fantastic for a bright student who is bored in an average public school and needs to be challenged.
Freedom 7 is the best school in Bevard! It is run like a private school with strict rules and guidelines, uniforms, policy and parental support and volunteering, but its free. It is so far above others around this area. It's smaller class size, superior teachers, involved staff and inovative learning are just the tip of the iceburg! The PPY program, the spanish program, the music, art and PE programs not to mention the DARE and junior achievment programs are all above and beyond the call of duty! The learning enviroment is well rounded to reach beyond just education but about cultures, feelings and life itself. The teachers and staff are warm and inviting and truly seem happy and stress free (as much as a teacher can be) and sincerely interested in teaching your child to their full potential. The classrooms cater to all learning levels and all levels help out other levels or other classrooms. Everyone takes care of everyone else. It is truly a blessing to have become a part of this school system. We have been here since the very start and now both of my children attend (1st & 3rd)and I reccomend it to everyone I possibly can!
