Having had my children in various schools, I disagree with this school's high rating. The school is well regarded because it has students who are good test takers, so its high scores on the FCAT are related to that fact and not the quality of education. I find the the teachers frequently permit poor and disrespectful (and bullying) behavior from the students. The materials in science and math are weak and are frequently incorrect. This school is more concerned with image than education. I have another child in a neighboring elementary school, which is more poorly rated school, and I find the teachers and overall quality of education to be far superior at the more poorly rated school. Don't believe the hype.

I am the parent of a kindergarten student and I cannot be more pleased with my son's development in such a warm and caring and challenging environment.

Embassy Creek fosters a safe, welcoming environment for students to grow and learn. Students are not only given opportunities to excel in the classroom, but are encouraged to develop into kids of character who are able to display courage, compassion and cooperation. The teachers seem to be very good at balancing discipline and friendliness. Parent involvement is abundant, which helps to make extra programs available to students.

My daughter finished kindergarten here and is starting now first grade. I could not be more satisfied, even if this was a private school. Looking forward to this next year. Amazing school, wonderful teachers and very good leadership and involvement of parents. I am very demanding when it comes to education, and I can say this school has exceeded my expectations.

My daughter attended 3rd through 5th grade. She was in the Gifted program, and I felt like she received an outstanding education. Not only was the academic curriculum first rate, the music program was simply remarkable. Love the school.

Our three daughters have completed their elementary education at Embassy Creek and our son is now in 2nd grade. The school has among the best test scores, music program, after school clubs, and parent participation in the district. We have been very happy with our school and moved to the area to take advantage of the local schools.

I have been a teacher at ECE for 13 years.I now have the luxury of bringing my two children to school with me to recieve their education. I have always been proud to work at a school like ECE, however I am now able to experience it as a parent as well. The teachers I work with are amazing and now I am learning that first hand, as a parent, not just their co-worker. ECE is a special place for children to grow and learn. Sometimes our school feels more like a family than a workplace. Our children, parents, teachers, staff, PTA & administration ALL contribute in making ECE the unbelievable school it is! Way to go ECE! Keep up the great work!

My daughter is just finishing up 1st grade. It was a very good year. My child was having some difficulty in reading. She was put in an extra reading group that made a tremendous improvement in her reading. I was quite impressed with her teacher, Miss Snider. She did a great job.
